thơm® Portland shares our family restaurant story. We are a local corner neighborhood joint, a second-generation take on Vietnamese comfort food with natural wine, beer, non-alcoholic beverages, to limited-order snacks, pantry, and specialty items.

thơm® builds upon family tradition-inspired central-to-southern Vietnamese ingredients offering a small menu assortment and specials—rotating seasonally. The chef’s cuisine is Phở Chay (Vegetable Noodle Soup), Cơm Gà (Chicken and Rice), Phở Bò (Beef Noodle Soup), and Bún Thịt (Pork and Vermicelli Noodle.)
