At HOH, we bring the authentic flavors of Vietnam to your table with our focus on *Bún Bò Huế*, a traditional Vietnamese beef noodle soup from the city of Huế. Our broth is slow-cooked with beef bones, lemongrass, and spices, creating a rich, spicy, and aromatic experience. We also offer a vegetarian version for those seeking a plant-based option without compromising on flavor.
Alongside our famous soup, we serve classic *Bánh Mì* sandwiches, blending French baguettes with Vietnamese flavors.

They ran a beloved small eatery in Houston for 20 years and now to Minneapolis 🥰
